1. About Ojiiz

Ojiiz is a digital platform that helps professionals and businesses access remote job opportunities, recruiter information, and project listings. Ojiiz aggregates data from public APIs, user submissions, and publicly available business sources. Our AI engine processes and verifies data to improve accuracy.

2. Eligibility

To use Ojiiz, you must:

Be 18 years or older
Provide accurate account information
Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Update your information when required
Take responsibility for all activities under your account

Ojiiz is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Permitted Use Of The Platform

You are permitted to:

Access job listings, recruiter data, and company information
Purchase subscription plans or credits
Contact leads for legitimate professional purposes

You may not:

Copy, scrape, export, or resell Ojiiz data
Engage in spamming or harassment
Misuse of purchased leads
Attempt to bypass payment systems
Interfere with platform operations

5. Data Sourcing, Accuracy & Protection

5.1 Data Sourcing
Ojiiz collects and processes data from:

Public APIs
Publicly available business and professional information
User-submitted leads and job postings
Internal data-enrichment tools

5.2 AI Verification & Accuracy
Our AI engine verifies and enhances data quality.

Data accuracy is up to 90% based on automated checks and cross-referencing.
Ojiiz does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data.
Users must independently verify information before making hiring decisions.

5.3 Data Protection
Ojiiz uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure your data, including encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Recurring Billing

Certain features of Ojiiz require the purchase of credits or subscription plans.
6.1 Payment Methods
You authorize Ojiiz to charge your selected credit or debit card or any saved payment method.

6.2 Recurring Payments
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic recurring billing using your credit/debit card until you cancel.

This includes:

Monthly or annual subscription renewals
Automatic charges for the selected plan
Continued billing unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

6.3 Responsibility for Charges
You are responsible for:

Maintaining valid payment information
Any failed payments or declined transactions
Ensuring your card has sufficient funds

7. Refund Policy

All purchases on Ojiiz are final and non-refundable.
A refund may be granted only if all conditions below are met:

You purchased a subscription or credits mistakenly.
No credits have been used and no leads/data were accessed.
The request is submitted within 24–48 hours of purchase.

If even one credit is used, the transaction becomes strictly non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only to the original credit/debit card used for payment.

8. User-generated Content

By submitting job postings, company information, or project data, you grant Ojiiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the platform.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Impersonate another person or organization
Upload fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
Use Ojiiz data for competitive scraping or redistribution
Harass or spam recruiters, companies, or users
Interfere with platform integrity or security

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

10. Privacy

Your use of Ojiiz is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

You must review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

Ojiiz may modify or discontinue features, content, or entire Services at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Ojiiz makes no warranties regarding:

Data accuracy, completeness, or reliability
Quality or performance of leads
Outcomes of recruiter or hiring interactions
Continuous availability of the platform

Users assume all risks associated with the use of data.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Ojiiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Ojiiz’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid within the last 30 days.

This includes damages from:

Inaccurate data
Service outages
Unauthorized account access
User decisions based on Ojiiz data

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ojiiz, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

Your misuse of the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your use of data obtained from the platform

15. Termination

Ojiiz may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Misuse of platform’s data
Engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior

You may delete your account at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

All disputes must be resolved in courts located in Arizona.

17. Changes To Terms

Ojiiz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
